DOLE Davao del Norte to receive Provincial Government Award

Tagum City – DOLE Davao del Norte Field Office (DNFO) head Ms. Milagros V. Gutierrez will receive an award to be given by the Provincial Government of Davao del Norte on June 30, 2012 at the Bulwagan ng Lalawigan, Government Center, Mankilam, Tagum City.

Davao del Norte Provincial Government headed by the Honorable Governor Rodolfo P. del Rosario was very thankful and appreciative to DOLEs support to the implementation of social welfare and development programs particularly in the Promotion and Jobs Generation through Job Fairs, SPES Implementation and the various financial grants that have been respectively implemented in the (3) cities and eight (8) municipalities of Davao del Norte.

The said event dubbed as “Grand Awarding Ceremony – Davnor Handog Pasasalamat” is in recognition to distinctive accomplishments that significantly contributed to the progress and advancement of the Province of Davao del Norte anchored on the development thrust -  People Empowerment, Education, Optimum Health and Social Services, Public-Private Partnership, Link to the World, Employment and Livelihood Opportunities (P.E.O.P.L.E.).


Recognition is to be awarded by no less than the Provincial Governor Rodolfo P. del Rosario together with Congressmen Anthony G. del Rosario (District I) and Antonio F. Lagdameo, Jr. (District II), Vice Governor Victorio R. Suaybaguio, Jr. and the Honorable Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.


Handog Pasasalamat Award is in line with the week-long 45^th Araw ng Davao del Norte Anniversary celebration with the theme: “Convergence and Solidarity”. <dnfo-lco>
